Focii Labs Inc. ("Focii Labs", "we", "us", or "our") is a venture studio incorporated in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We build and operate software products including TrustSource DB, MotivateMe, Pulsify, and others. This Privacy Policy applies to our corporate website (fociilabs.com) and any product that links to it.

We collect only what is necessary to operate and improve our products:

Contact information. When you reach out via email or a contact form, we receive your name and email address.

Usage data. Our websites may collect anonymised analytics data (pages visited, browser type, country-level location) through privacy-respecting tools. We do not use Google Analytics.

Product data. Data you enter into our products (e.g. Pulsify health metrics, MotivateMe habit records) is stored as described in each product's own privacy documentation. Where noted, that data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and partnership requests
- Improve our products and fix defects
- Send transactional messages you explicitly request
- Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We retain contact and correspondence data for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request and up to 3 years thereafter for record-keeping purposes, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion at any time.

Our corporate website uses only essential session cookies required for navigation. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies. Product-specific cookie policies are detailed within each product.

We use a small number of third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@fociilabs.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our products are not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, contact us immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
